Meet the Founder

My name is Dr. Samantha (Sam) Ritz PT, DPT

Dr. Sam is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who transitioned into wellness coaching after identifying a significant gap in the healthcare system: the focus on reactive treatment over preventative care.

 

With a deep passion for health and wellness, Dr. Sam originally founded her private physical therapy practice, where she specialized in treating racket sport injuries in the comfort of her patients’ homes. After years of experience and seeing firsthand how many injuries and health issues could be prevented with the right tools and guidance, Dr. Sam shifted her focus.

 

Today, she dedicates her expertise to helping modern, working women design and live their ideal lifestyles. Through personalized programs & resources, she empowers women to take charge of their health proactively, building sustainable habits that support long-term wellness.

With a holistic approach that merges her physical therapy background and her passion for preventative health, Dr. Sam is committed to helping women thrive both physically and mentally, ensuring they live the life they’ve always dreamed of.
